Approx oil, according to taste – salt

First of all, wash the poha with water for about a minute and leave it for about 10 minutes after draining the water. Now peel the peel of boiled potato and mash it. Add potatoes, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, red chili powder, ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies and lemon juice in a vessel and mix the mixture well. Make cutlets of this mixture. Put flour in a utensil and prepare a thin paste by adding water to it.
